1. No Same-Day Refunds for Cancellations: Due to the customized nature and perishable quality of our cakes, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made on the same day as the order.

2. Advance Notice for Cancellations:

• For regular cakes, a cancellation request must be made at least 1 day in advance.
• For large or special cakes, a 2-day prior notice is required for cancellation.
• A 5% refund processing fee per order will apply to all cancellations.

3. How to Cancel an Order: To request a cancellation, please email us at info@cherrynblossom.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request.” In the email, please include:

1. Order ID
2. Reason for Cancellation

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time: All refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date the cancellation request is received.

6. Discretionary Rights: Cherry n Blossom reserves the right to make changes to, cancel, or provide alternative options regarding refunds and cancellations at its discretion.

7. Refund Credits: In certain cases, refund amounts may be credited as Cherry n Blossom Cash Points in your account for future use.
